Co Founder

David is a pioneer in utilizing video analysis for performance enhancement, with over 20 years experience in alpine ski coaching. During his tenure he has worked with the US Ski and Snowboard Team to create The Alpine LV 300 SL and GS Technique and Tactics video series, The US Ski and Snowboard Alpine Guide to Ski Fundamentals and content contributor for the Alpine Coaching Certification Programs. David has had the opportunity to work directly with athletes and coaches, like Mikaela Shiffrin and Sasha Rearick. His coaching emphasizes a focus on fundamental skill development for high-level competition.

Justin Chandler

Co Founder

Justin has over 25 years of coaching experience, focusing on youth skiing and performance sports. His roles have included World Cup Skier Service Technician for Völkl Skis and Head Coach for multiple youth programs. Currently, as Program Director for Telluride Ski Club, he has guided athletes from youth programs to Olympic Gold. His coaching emphasizes a focus on fundamental skill development for young athletes seeking to compete at the highest-level.
